Inside Sales
Description
- Handle the needs of sales representatives and customer accounts.
- Check on customer orders, prices, and process.
- Handle customer issues, inquiries, and returns.
- Monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely deliver.
- Manage and provide marketing materials for accounts if needed.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as accounting, logistics, and marketing.
- Process sales credit and/or sales order adjustments.
- Setup new customer addresses for shipping.
- Provide weekly backorder list for planning.
- Attend customer and sales weekly meetings as planned.
- Processing purchase orders.
- Forecasting based on customer ladder.
- Generating and preparing weekly reports to Sales, Account Managers and customers.
- Communicating with customers routinely, coming up with product promotional activities, monitoring account inventories and sales number.
- Working collaboratively with Sales, product managers, forwarders, and customers for shipments delivering to customers.
- Working with Warehouse/Accounting department to ensure orders ship out/invoice on time and able to follow up on returning products.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time, at the discretion of management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
- Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to speak English fluently (written and verbal).
- Ability to speak Mandarin preferred.
- Working in an office environment, requiring sitting for extended periods of time.
$70,000 - $90,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
